Amanda Jane Simcoe, aka The Cheese Wench, is an Oklahoma-based chef, instructor, travel junkie, food writer, magazine editor, and self-described cheese addict. She has traveled around the world to discover the world’s best cheeses and pairings to bring back to Oklahoma. 

Joel Bein is a lifelong foodie.  He started to learn how to cook as soon as he could reach a stove.  Joel’s Father was a Jew from Brooklyn and his mother from New Orleans, so everything from the great Jewish delicacies to the southern French classics are all foods in his wheelhouse. Joel started Rub in 2014 as a traditional style BBQ and in 2015 he developed his own unique smoked meat/BBQ fusion style of cooking.

Rub has received high praise in the Tulsa Food Culture, including being named as a top BBQ spot by tulsfood.com in 2015, Best Veggie Dish – 2016 EAT STREET and 2017 Ripple – Tulsa Chef People Choice Award a long with fellow chef Chris Rivera.
